Airways Airsports Terms & Conditions.

Airways Airsports Shop


Seller means Airways Consulting Ltd, trading as Airways Airsports (Darley Moor Airfield, Ashbourne, Derbyshire DE6 2ET) and the company’s web site shop.airways-airsports.com.
Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.


These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products by the Seller, hereafter referred as Airways Airsports, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.


3.1 A ccess to shop.airwaysairsports.com is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable for any reason if our site is unavailable. We may also restrict access to some parts of our site to users who have registered with us.
3.2 We process information about you in accordance with our ‘Privacy Policy’. In using our site you consent to us processing your data.
3.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage due to a denial-of-service attack, viruses or any other harmful material which may infect your computer equipment, data or software due to your use of our site.
3.4 Where our site contains links to other websites provided by third party, we accept no responsibility for these sites or any loss/damage which arises from your use of them.


3.1 All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE) (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

3.2 All of our prices, including those advertised on our website and online shop, are subject to change without notice.

3.3 If you place an order with us (either in person, over the phone or using our online shop) but we then find that our suppliers have increased their prices to us then we will inform you of any price changes and ask you for your permission before we take the necessary extra payment from you if any increases are due. Of course you will also have the choice to cancel your order at this point. .


Payments must be made in British Sterling unless otherwise specified,and by one of the following payment methodsMajor credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch,Maestro and Visa ElectronCheques made payable to Airways Consulting Ltd.


Airways Consulting Ltd shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received


The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery. In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Airways Airsports Ltd bears no risk once it has left their trading premises. Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned (unused), together with their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of the order, to Airways Airsports trading address (see clause 13).
Where the goods are signed for, if a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
In the event of either of the above, Airways Airsports will forward a claim to Royal Mail on the behalf of the customer. This is not a guarantee and Airways Airsports have the right to refuse any application. Any refund/exchange given is at the discretion of the management of Airways Airsports.

We apologise but we are unable to supply goods outside the EU at this time.


The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Airways Consuting Ltd shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date

10.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been despatched. If the order has been despatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure, as defined in our Returns Policy, will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

10.2 Cancellations can be made by contacting us directly. If the goods have already been despatched, Airways Consulting Ltd cannot refund any monies spent on postage & packaging.


The Customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Airways Consulting Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party. All trademarks shown on shop.airways-airsports.com belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.

12. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
