We offer FREE DELIVERY to UK addresses (excludes Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish isles, Gurnsey and Jersey)
ORDERS OUTSIDE UK: For orders to be sent outside the UK we cannot accept payment by credit card. If you wish to order from us, please contact us by email. We will inform you of the shipping costs and you will then need to pay by bank transfer. When funds are cleared, we will despatch your goods. We aim to despatch your order within 3 – 5 working days. If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
Your order will usually be despatched within 1-4 working days, if items are in stock, but sometimes it may take longer. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Custom orders or specialist items may take longer.All small items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class recorded post.Larger items will be sent by Derby Express Couriers, which aim to deliver the following day (except for orders despatched on a Friday which will be delivered the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is specified for which an extra charge applies).Some items may be sent by courier.
HANG GLIDERS AND PARAMOTORS ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE DELIVERY.
Please note: our goods require a signature on delivery, so please make sure, when ordering, that there will be someone present to sign for the goods at the shipping address you specify. We cannot control the times of delivery so if you require an urgent delivery, please phone us and we will try to accommodate you.
Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven’t received your order within 5-7days then please contact us.
In cases where the customer does not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by the customer and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur shipping charges), or to refund the original payment minus the cost of delivery paid by Airways Airsports
We hope you will be happy with the goods you buy from us. If you are not, we will do our best to sort it out for you. Goods can be returned for one of two reasons:
1). Unwanted goods:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the goods you purchase, then we will refund your money provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. Goods must be returned in their original condition- i.e. unused, unmarked and with all original packaging and labels intact. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. To enable us to process your refund as quickly as possible, see “How to return Items to us” section below.
2). Faulty Goods:
If your goods are found to be faulty, you should notify us as soon as possible (by telephone or email) and return the item in the condition you received it – i.e. unused, unmarked and with all original packaging and labels intact, within 7 days of you receiving the item. We will issue you with a replacement, or refund your money (your choice).
How to return items to us
Simply send the item for return including:
1. The invoice you received, or a copy showing your name & invoice/order number.

Please note: You will be fully responsible for returning any items to us. To ensure goods reach us you should use a recorded delivery service as we will only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
We must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving them.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, or offer only a partial refund or exchange, on items that are received back damaged, soiled, incomplete or with missing or damaged packaging.
